What we collect
When you use our claim checker or contact us we collect your name, contact details, postcode and the information you give us about your accident and injuries. Injury information is special category data and is processed only with your explicit consent.
Why we use it
- To assess whether you may have a valid compensation claim.
- To contact you by phone, SMS or email about your enquiry.
- To pass your details to a regulated solicitor where you ask us to.
- To meet our legal and regulatory obligations.
Who we share it with
We share your information with regulated UK solicitors instructed on your claim and with service providers who help us operate our systems. We never sell your data.
How long we keep it
Enquiry data is retained for up to six years after your last contact, in line with limitation periods and regulatory record-keeping requirements.
Your rights
You can request access to your data, ask us to correct or erase it, object to processing, or withdraw consent at any time by emailing privacy@kingswaylaw.co.uk. You may also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office.
